To start, at the heart of my dining experience was the Original Tonkatsu with thick noodles ($15.50 CAD). The broth, rich and flavourful, offered a depth that only true craft can achieve. Complemented by juicy Chashu pork and a perfectly seasoned egg, it was a dish that transcended simple dining into a culinary journey. Equally impressive were the Negi Shoga Gyoza ($6.50 CAD), which were the perfect crispy complement to the creamy broth of the Tonkatsu.
